Halo Leisure are a registered charity that manage leisure centres on behalf of local authorities. They run 22 sport and leisure centres throughout Herefordshire, Bridgend County Borough, Shropshire, Swindon and Gloucestershire.
The Challenge
Halo put out a tender to replace the cardio machines in 18 of their sites, the existing cardio machines had been in place for 7 years, and Halo deemed they needed to be refreshed. The main challenge of the tender was the requirement for a quick turnaround time for the installation of the kit.
The Results
Halo awarded the tender to Dyaco®, they were impressed by the complete solution Dyaco® offered, from the quality and pricing of the equipment to the quick turnaround times as well as the industry-leading service and warranties. However, the deciding factor in their decision was the prospect of a long-term partnership with Dyaco®. Dyaco® completed the tender, installing a full suite of Spirit cardio machines across their sites, also adding HIIT cardio to add more value to their users. Following the successful completion of the tender, the partnership between Dyaco® and Halo has continued to flourish, Dyaco® have become the preffered supplier for Halo, installing cardio machines in all 22 of Halo’s sites, as well as adding strength equipment to 8 of their centres.
